Joanna and Mark’s sunrise engagement session at Piedmont Park in Atlanta is probably my favorite portrait session in Piedmont park to date.
When Joanna, Mark and I started brainstorming on where we could take their engagement pictures, a lot of options were thrown into the ring – all outdoors and natural locations similar to Piedmont Park. But in the end, there really isn’t a better spot in Atlanta to walk around, hand in hand, with so many incredible backdrops. Just wait until you see the portraits in the gazebo!!
These two are special because I have history with their family – I photographed her sister’s wedding when I was part of a duo as Peach Photo. Joanna reached out about her own engagement and wedding, and I did a happy dance in my office chair! I get to party with the Bruno’s again!!
Also, can we talk about this lighting for a quick second?! As a photographer I just can’t even…it took my breath away!
Joanna + Mark, thank you for a super FUN morning! You started my day with some of the most beautiful and romantic moments! I cannot wait for your wedding in September! I hope it’s at sunset because that would just be icing on the cake!

Andrew & Mary Kate’s wedding at Neverland Farms was all things perfect, and it was a dream to be their photographer! This was my first time shooting at Neverland Farms, and when arrived, my jaw dropped. I felt I was transported from the North Georgia mountains to the tropical tundra of Hawaii...
Dear friend, You may not know this, but Garrett was my first boyfriend…ever. Shocking right? Someone pinch me. Erine-Fay & Christopher-Cameron (adorable double-named couple, am I right??) asked me to photograph their wedding on Tybee Island, and I immediately said YES! It’s every photographers’ dream to photograph a couple in Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Me? I got to do both...
