While in college, in order to operate debt-free, I signed up to be a Resident Assistant (RA). My favorite thing about being an RA was connecting with the girls on my floor. It was my desire that each girl form great relationships with those ladies around her. Also, I wanted them to feel like they could come to me for any reason. I was lucky enough to have so many girls who were compassionate and responsible…and who actually showed up for my cupcake meetings! (How do you get people to a boring hall meeting: FOOD!)
Insert the lovely Erine-Fay. She was one of those amazing girls that I got to build friendships with! I had the pleasure of photographing their engagement session
in Downtown Savannah through the squares, Forsyth Park and River Street! Years later, we’re here for her wedding day as she marries her British prince, Christopher. This is why I love being a wedding photographer!
Their love story is one of my favorites! Years ago, Erine-Fay & Christopher first met at the Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island, the very place where they would say ‘I Do’. On Tybee, they shared their first dates, kisses and ‘I love you’s’.They traveled the globe – stretching their love from the US to Great Britain. Their love continued to grow despite the long distance – even bringing them together for a year in Australia. And on their wedding day, they were surrounded by their best friends and family in the beautiful backdrop of the low country landscape, never to be apart again.
A Tybee Island wedding to dream of…
Please let us gaze upon the gorgeous back drops that the beach and sunset provide! Not to mention these are some good lookin’ folks!
