Mary and Eric’s at home maternity portraits last fall were so special. A few years ago, I photographed Mary and Eric’s wedding in Tiberon, CA. Now, they’re living in Atlanta and are parents! We just photographed baby Sara’s newborn photos, too, and they will be shared soon! I’m happy that I’ve been able to capture these wonderful milestones for them. I love including pets in at home maternity portraits. As part of the family, it’s sweet to have these memories including your first “children”. It’s clear their German Shorthaired Pointer loves Mary and Eric and will be sweet with baby Sara!

Mary and Eric’s home featured plenty of natural light, perfect for their at home portraits. Being able to take photos outdoors added a nice mix of indoor and outdoor shots. I loved that we were able to capture the beautiful fall weather and walk around their home. Mary and Eric chose the perfect neutral colors to wear for their shoot. I loved Mary’s brown midi dress and the way it mixed well with the outdoors and their home decor. I’m excited to share baby Sara’s newborn photos soon.
