Baby Eliza’s at home newborn session was such a full circle moment for me. Eliza’s mom, Marlene, and I graduated from high school together. It’s incredible being able to photograph the most important moments of people’s lives. Especially, people that I have known for years! It’s something I will never take for granted. It was surreal moment to capture these pictures for her family, and I loved every moment. An at home newborn session is one of my favorites to have. I love how intimate they are, showcasing your home where all the memories are created. Seeing their interactions as a family of three was priceless. I’m so excited for their new chapter. Eliza was the perfect little baby! She was calm and incredibly easy to work with. That’s something that can’t be said for all babies. Her alertness throughout the session was precious. The little outfit and headband that Eliza to wore was so sweet. She looked like a babydoll in the lace dress. I loved that we caught her smiling in a couple of photos. Her little smile was so content and peaceful. I’m thankful that I was able to capture these memories for Marlene and their family.
