Rose Bowman is unique. When we crafted the mood and design for her branded headshots, we knew that “standard” and “ordinary” weren’t going to be her vibe. She’s playful, professional, comfortable, and setting a trend of her own. With so many facets to her personality, we wanted a simple studio look so the focus is entirely on her. I captured the session entirely on medium format film, too, because it just worked with her vintage vibe.
Her hope for her photos was to come across as herself and relate to the couples she could have a glass of wine with. Her adventurous spirit has led her across the globe capturing wedding days, and I’m so glad she was able to slow down for us to capture these portraits of her.
