A year in the making. I first met Ayleen and Bryce as their plans crashed to a halt in 2020. As two nurses, they found themselves in a rush to be married so that they could mandatory quarantine together when the pandemic became worse. This was important to them. And even though their initial wedding plans changed completely, their excitement only grew. Ayleen messaged me for a spontaneous elopement where I happened to be available, and the rest is history!
Their celebration this past February took place on a quiet, overcast day in the North Georgia mountains. Meadows at Mossy Creek provided the perfect backdrop for smoky mountain views. With a spring color palette of dusty rose and gold accents, their decor brightened up the day! My favorite moment with Ayleen and Bryce came during their ceremony. Even though they had been married for almost a year, Bryce’s reaction when Ayleen walked down the aisle was as if everything was new. Their vow renewal ceremony was just as sweet and special, proving that a wedding celebration is more than just becoming “official.” It was their declaration to their family and friends that they would hold onto each other and love each other forever.
