Meadowlark 1939
Hannah and Corey snuck away from the city to join me at Meadowlark 1939 for their sweet session. The tulip trees and cherry blossoms covered every inch of the gardens with color! And I’m so glad that we were spontaneous enough to make this session happen.
Spring in Georgia is different every year. And in order to find the “magic” at Meadowlark, we had to be vigilant and take the opportunity when it came. Last week’s sunshine and mild temperatures were the perfect combination to give us these spring blooms. They won’t be around for long, lasting only a week or two, so I’m thankful we jumped at the chance. Because WOW. These images are some of my new favorite Spring memories!
Hannah and Corey got married in a small ceremony around this time last year. They were supposed to have a large wedding, but because of the pandemic, they changed their plans and moved their celebration to the Fall. Even so, their anniversary still takes place at Springtime, and this atmosphere at Meadowlark 1939 was the perfect place to remind us that new life and Spring is coming. Hannah and Corey, congratulations on celebrating your first anniversary. You two are something else.
*Hannah is an incredible photographer in her own right. It’s always a pleasure and honor photographing my fellow photographers!
