Christie and Brian’s Piedmont Park engagement session was so sweet. Their wedding is tomorrow, so I thought it’d be fitting to share their engagement photos today! We took these in Piedmont Park only a month ago. Spring was just beginning to peek through and show out. The park was filled with Prom and graduation photos, an outdoor science fair and movie set. Instead of stopping by my usual spots, we made our way to new spots and had fun playing with the falling sunset. Because Piedmont Park is massive, it’s easy to find unfamiliar areas. The shots surrounding the towering trees were some of my favorite. If you didn’t know better, you’d think we changed locations! Many of the photos had the cityscape hiding in the background.
Christie and Brian chose great outfits for their session. Christie’s blue shoes went perfectly with Brian’s button down. The coordination was spot on and I loved the subtlety of it. The way Christie carried the blue into her second look wasn’t lost on me either. It was a gorgeous color and fit the setting well. I had the best time shooting Christie and Brian’s Piedmont Park engagement session and can’t wait to celebrate tomorrow!
