Our first step is to set up a call to say hello. During our call, we'll learn all about you - your vision for your wedding and how you want to feel on your wedding day - and you'll learn all about us and what it's like to work together. This is a perfect first step because at the end of the day, your most cherished memories are in our hands, and we want to make sure we're the perfect fit!

Our Process - Step 1
Once we're officially booked, you'll receive a welcome guide full of information on how to make the most of your photography experience, access to our list of favorite vendors, and a custom photography timeline based on your collection and ceremony time. We believe that communication is the key to a great experience, and we hope to be a resource and guide for you.

Our Process - Step 2
This is when we really get to know each other. You'll be able to experience being in front of our lens, and we'll be able to see how you two interact with each other so that we can capture your love authentically. We'll begin planning your engagement session immediately after booking. From finding the perfect location to choosing outfits, we're happy to guide you through it all. After the session, you'll receive your photos quickly so that you can design + deliver Save the Dates and share with family and friends.

Our Process - Step 3
At about 6-8 weeks away from your wedding day, we'll begin discussing specific details for the wedding day. We'll review your custom photography timeline, family photo lists, significant details, and we'll begin to gather any other details we should know of for your wedding.
You will also have your final call with Laura and Sarah to discuss any last minute items, walk through the timeline, and finalize details for the big day.

Our team will be enthusiastically by your side every step of the way, capturing all of your incredible moments. For you, it's time to relax and take it all in. We have prepared for everything, and it's now your moment to celebrate. After the cake has been eaten and tears of joy have been shed, we'll deliver a preview of your wedding day while we process your full gallery.
It's Your Wedding Day!
Our Process - Step 5
Six to eight weeks after your wedding, you'll receive hundreds of beautiful images to decorate your home and share with family and friends. We are big believers in preserving memories in print and offer options to create heirloom albums and keepsake print boxes.

I've always been drawn to the sentimentality of weddings, but after having my daughter, Elin, I truly appreciate the legacy and depth a wedding represents. I'm a firm believer in family and treating your loved ones to an impeccable experience! Celebrating wedding days is my absolute favorite thing to do. I also have a soft spot for beautifully designed paper, poppies, and delicious baked goods.

Motherhood deepened my passion and inspired me to create images that were even more timeless and meaningful- photos that truly captured the moment in a real and organic way. I believe in kindness, exceptional service, and a good floral infused latte.

Who will be the lead photographer for our wedding?
Frequently Asked Questions
We love to send a preview gallery from your wedding day within the first week after the wedding. From there, your full gallery will be processed and delivered within 8 weeks from your wedding date. We do not limit the number of images we share, but you can expect 60-75 images per hour of coverage.
How long will it take to receive our wedding photos & How many images can we expect?
Of course! We recommend all couples getting married - our friends and family included - look through a full wedding gallery from their prospective photographers to make sure it's a perfect fit. Because of this, we have several galleries we'd love to share privately.
Can we see full galleries of recent weddings you've photographed?
All of our weddings are photographed on dual-slot cameras and are instantly backed up to two memory cards. After a wedding is complete, we back up all images immediately while post-processing and store memory cards until the gallery is delivered and safely in your hands.
How are our wedding Images protected? Are they backed up and stored safely?
We're big fans of engagement sessions for a few reasons. Not only do they allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera, they also give you the opportunity to showcase your personalities in a more casual setting that is significant to the two of you. We highly recommend adding an engagement session to your collection which is why we include it as an option. However, if it's not the right fit, we're happy to customize any collection for you!
Engagement Session
Email us at hello@lauraannewatson.com to officially book us for your wedding date. We require a 25% retainer along with a signed contract. Once we receive these two things from you, you’re officially on our calendar!
