2020 Year in Review: Wedding Day Highlights

I’m so thankful for all of the beautiful weddings that 2020 brought to LWP! While this year was nothing like we’d planned, every wedding day was an extraordinary celebration of love. My couples are incredible. They’re kind, thoughtful and each one navigated their way through 2020 with grace.

As I look back on the year, I’m ever so grateful to be a wedding photographer. This industry is a wild one! We never know what we’ll face on a wedding day, and 2020 was a true test of our flexibility. This year, I watched as couples had to postpone their weddings once, twice, three or four times. I witness 200+ person events reduced to intimate celebrations with only 18 people. Some of my couples completely altered their plans, moving their celebration 300 miles! (Truthfully, I loved the change!)

Amid the planning and replanning, I appreciate all of my couples, as well as their families, for all they did for me and my team this year. And as a result, I’m thankful to look back at a year well celebrated!
