Piedmont Park Engagement Photos

Gabby and Micah are true Atlanta souls. It was only fitting that we capture their engagement photos in Piedmont Park. The park is a favorite for locals. Because of this, we decided to brave the early morning. I recommend sunrise sessions for many reasons. Specifically for Piedmont Park, it’s generally more quiet and open. It’s also a great alternative for summer sessions because mornings are much cooler in temperature than evenings. That’s a must for Georgia!

I’m thankful that Gabby and Micah agreed to an early morning because what we captured is stunning. Enchanting as ever, I loved photographing the morning light in the city. Sunrise falls on my favorite landmarks throughout Piedmont Park: the steps, gazebo on the water, and the various paths I love to wander. It was no different for Gabby and Micah.

We enjoyed our slow morning, beginning their Piedmont Park engagement session with a small walk to our first location. The morning continued with stops here and there to capture beautiful images and celebrate their engagement. Gabby and Micah, thank you for embracing the experience.
