Wormsloe Engagement Session

Capturing Hannah and Won’s Wormsloe engagement session was a dream. The pair surprised me by bringing along their new kitten, Georgie, who they found by a dumpster two days before their session. They decided to take her home and adopt her into the family. So sweet!

I met Hannah and Won at the Wormsloe Historic Site. You’ll recognize Wormsloe’s jaw-dropping entrance of Spanish Moss dripping down from the trees above because it’s been featured in countless movies, the most popular being The Notebook. Our light was perfect, softly glowing from behind the moss and shining brilliantly for my camera.

After taking some of my favorite images in this low country setting, we made our way to Savannah’s iconic Forsyth Park. We walked by the fountain, through the orchards and out of the park to the surrounding squares and brownstones. My favorite feature of Savannah is the mixture of Spanish moss with the historic architecture and weathered, pastel town houses.
